This course is a first of its kind, unlike conventional courses in PNG that are streamlined to meet PNG's Industrial needs. It focuses on personal wealth, Financial Development and Empowerment.

It is rigorously structured for five weeks – 13 days face to face learning and 12 days working on projects from home. Hence, feasible for workers who are willing to take 13 days leave to attend the days scheduled for face to face

The course covers the scope of trading for the five weeks (25 days) from beginner to trader level. That is the complete framework to become a trader. Unlike other courses that only offers partial courses such as introduction, beginner level, intermediate, and advanced levels.

The course is structured in a way that focuses on enhancing learning through face to face learning, take home tests, practical projects that are based on subjects learnt, interactive feedback from instructor on projects and live trading sessions.
